The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is a short walk from the station, making it easy to get to from Haneda airport. it is within walking distance to Tokyo international forum, which is great for attending events. The rooms are nicely decorated and have comfortable beds, providing a pleasant stay. The separate toilet and bathroom are convenient, and the breakfast options are delicious, even though they mainly consist of Japanese dishes.
The elevator system at the hotel can be quite annoying.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff. We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were kept impeccably clean and the hotel facilities were great. It was conveniently located near multiple train stations, making it easy for us to explore the city and get to and from the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring that all our needs were met.
Almost perfect. The only downside was the distance to popular areas in the city.

I loved the quiet rooms at Yaenomidori Tokyo, they were spacious and well-equipped. The location was very central with plenty of restaurants nearby, including options for a western-style breakfast. The rooftop garden was a beautiful addition to the hotel.
